Your dates of travel will have an impact on your costs as well. Again, if you are flexible with your traveling plans then you may want to consider traveling during the low season. Obviously this will be dependent upon the reason for your trip. However, if you can adjust your traveling plans then your flights should be cheaper if you travel off-season.
Also consider the intended airport that you are traveling to as well. Larger airports usually cost more to get to, so bear this in mind if there are any smaller airports available nearby.
